Custom sizes & details
A handrail follows the entry geometry. A grating follows the clear opening and load duty. An access cover follows the floor build-up and the space below it.
Send a drawing or a dimensioned sketch with site photographs. We will use it to define the item rather than assume that a catalogue example suits the project.

These three SS316 examples show the level of detail used to describe a custom package. They are not standard catalogue sizes or performance approvals.
Fabricated straight handrail with welded base plates and a specified powder-coated finish.
Curved handrail fabricated to the approved geometry, with welded base plates and a brushed finish.
Grating panel assembled from load bars, cross bars and an angle frame, with the specified stainless steel finish.
Material & finish selection
SS316 is used in the example package above. The material grade and finish for each order must be selected for its actual location and service conditions, not from appearance alone.
A directional finish for selected visible components. Agree the surface appearance and grain direction with the project samples.
A reflective finish for selected handrails and details. Define the required polish and maintenance requirements in the specification.
A colour-coordinated option where suitable. The coating system, preparation and exposure conditions need approval for the intended use.
Fabrication and care are part of the specification. The reference handrails and grating use TIG welding suitable for SS316. Define weld finishing, surface treatment and the care instructions for the supplied item. Material choice alone is not a guarantee of suitability for every pool environment.

Fabricate and supply against the approved scope. Carry out site works only where included.
Any included site survey is arranged after order confirmation and the agreed down payment. Initial enquiries can be reviewed from drawings and photographs. Lead time and warranty terms are confirmed in the written proposal.

No. These are separate component enquiries, not complete pool shells. Components can be considered for different pool constructions, subject to checking the fixing substrate, waterproofing interfaces, dimensions and operating conditions.
Yes. Send drawings, dimensions and clear photographs with your enquiry. For a replacement, include existing fixing centres, available clearances and the condition of the supporting construction. Fabrication proceeds only against agreed details.
SS316 is the material grade used in the illustrated example scope. The grade, thickness and finish for each order are stated in the approved specification. Immersed, splash-zone and other exposure conditions must be identified before the material is finalised.
Only when they are expressly included in the written scope. Fabrication, delivery, installation, anchoring, grating clamps, nuts and bolts must be identified separately. The example scope on this page is not a blanket inclusion for every order.
No. The example shows how a fabrication package can be specified. It does not set a standard product size, load capacity or mandatory rail height. Final dimensions and details are confirmed for each project.
Send the project location, product type, drawings or dimensions, quantity, required finish, intended use and site photographs. Identify any specified load, clear-opening or material requirements and whether delivery or installation is required.
Do not substitute these general drainage components for a pool suction outlet or anti-entrapment system. Suction outlets require a separate specialist design and product specification.
Lead time and warranty terms are confirmed in the project-specific quotation, after the design and supply scope are defined. They are not inferred from a reference image or an example specification.
