Inducon movable pool floors move smoothly thanks to a reliable push-chain drive system, driven by electric motors under the deck. In the technical room, the only space needed is for the control box; no mechanical parts pass through the pool wall. Due to the sophisticated geometry of the drive system, no horizontal forces are applied to the floor or walls, only vertical forces to the bottom of the pool. The drive system is fully integrated into the floor construction.
Except for the feet of the push chain, the pool floor under the Indu-floor remains completely free of obstacles, making the floor easily cleaned by robot. No guides are needed or visible in the pool wall. The push chains themselves are self-locking, meaning the floor can never move by itself, unlike scissors or floating systems.
The Inducon movable swimming pool floors can be installed in any pool without need for structural changes. Thanks to the advanced engineering of the system, the original pool design has no impact on the Indu-floor installation. This also makes the system suitable for use in pools undergoing renovation.
