It maintains the water temperature using the insulation provided by the air layer:

Abriblue covers are rated "A" or "B" as per the NF EN 17645 standard depending on the model and compliance with the recommended installation and use conditions.
Some of our so-called "solar" slat covers meet the criteria for an A rating.
Calculations show that our covers provide very good heat loss resistance and that they limit evaporation by almost completely covering the water surface.
Systematically rolling out the cover after using the pool reduces evaporation by up to 95%.

Bubble Covers
The Solar Thermal cover or Bubble cover, made of polyethylene, a type of durable plastic, is lightweight, flexible, and UV-resistant. Made to measure and therefore adapated to your pool, the solar cover floats on the water. It's formed into a bubble-wrap-like sheet, where the air-filled bubbles provide insulation and help trap solar heat.

Please note that our pool safety covers do not require any provisions in the pool structure. Installation will take place after the pool works are completed. However, for the DIVER Model 2 (inside pool floor) and DIVER Model 3, specific considerations should be taken into account during the pool design phase.
