Return, reimbursement and exchange policy when an order was placed on desertgrove.com Website.
Should the merchandise be defective or not work, it can be exchanged for similar merchandise under the following conditions:
- Merchandise is returned in its original packaging and in good condition
- Merchandise is returned within 10 days of the delivery date
- Return costs equivalent to 15% of the amount of the merchandise will be deducted for restocking fees.
The reimbursement will be made only after the merchandise has been checked by Desert Grove.
No return will be accepted for :
- The automatic cleaners and replacement liners
- Electronic parts (i.e.: control panels, spa pack, etc.)
- Special or customized orders
